Liam Fawell is an Australian photographer, filmmaker and founder.

Working with analog mediums and natural light, his work carries a dreaminess that is unique to his process. Capturing subjects and landscapes with a candid eye, allows him to create imagery that feels nostalgic and timeless.

Alongside his commercial work, Liam is the founder of Nostalgia Studios, a global community and brand for photographers and filmmakers. Through events, curated spaces and thoughtfully designed products, Nostalgia Studios exists to inspire and connect creatives around the world.

Liam has held exhibitions, led workshops, and hosted creative retreats around the world. A believer in open creative culture, he continues to share technical and industry knowledge freely, both online and in person.

His first self-published book, Youthful Nostalgia, was released in December 2023.
